William Hyde\/Hide<\/strong> was born about 1780 probably in Rowan County, NC when it contained much of western NC before it was divided into smaller counties. He lived in Greenville County SC, and Pendelton District, SC then moved to Hawesville, Breckinridge (now Hancock) County, KY. He married Anna Maria Brunner<\/strong> on August 1, 1802 in Breckinridge County, KY. Marriage Bond by Benjamin Riley from Rowan County, NC (Suggesting that his friend was from back home in NC.).<\/p>\n
